In June 2017, Courageous — the Branded Content Studio for CNN and Turner Broadcasting System — contacted me about helping with the Southeast U.S. arm of a national content marketing campaign in partnership with an international health care company.

I provided a 1,500-word feature article within 30 days of contract execution, interviewing non-profits, farmers, businesspeople, and local politicians throughout Florida and Georgia about how food deserts keep men, women, and children in poverty.
